Arieal Andrado, NMLS #2067121, has worked in the credit union industry for over eight years, so she brings a wealth of lending experience to the First Service Mortgage Department. She constantly seeks opportunities to learn and develop new skills, which makes her a thorough and formidable originator. Arieal is deeply committed to helping borrowers with their financial goals, which makes her a reliable partner throughout the home lending process.

Juan Renteria, NMLS #670982, has worked in lending since 2003, so he brings a wealth of experience to the First Service Mortgage Department. As a Mortgage Loan Originator, Juan educates members about mortgage, refinance, and home equity loans. He has been a top producer everywhere he’s worked, and is always willing to help members and his teammates. Juan is originally from California and is able to help members in both English and Spanish. He loves spending time with his son and two rescue dogs named Tobi and Max.

Wes Hale, NMLS #2622474, has been a Mortgage Loan Originator for over a year, bringing a unique background of 23 years in teaching and coaching throughout the Houston area. He is passionate about helping clients achieve their homeownership goals. Outside of work, Wes enjoys sports, golfing, and attending his son Caden's games, alongside his wife Sara and their French Bulldog, Griffin.

Tony Fernandez, NMLS #1280510, has 18 years of financial services experience and more than eight years specializing in mortgage lending. As a Mortgage Loan Originator, Tony partners with members throughout the entire home financing journey, providing clear guidance, personalized solutions, and a smooth, stress-free experience. He is passionate about helping individuals and families achieve their homeownership goals and takes pride in making complex decisions easier to understand. Outside of work, Tony enjoys reading business and finance books, cheering on the Houston Texans, and spending time with his two children.
