Security FAQs

You can block / unblock (or pause / activate) your First Service card easily in Digital Banking. Go to Accounts > Menu > Manage My Cards and find the credit or debit card you want to pause or activate. Look for "Card is Active" or "Card is Inactive" and select the toggle to switch to change your setting.
