Security FAQs
- After opening the app and logging in, open the Navigation Menu in the top left corner.
- Navigate to "Card Block or Unblock".
- The Card Controls screen lists all of your cards. You may toggle the blue switch next to a card to disable it or click on the card name for more details.
- After selecting a card, you may also select the blue toggle option on the Card Details screen. The text below your card will change to “Card is frozen.”
- If you’d like to unblock your card at any time, select the gray toggle option. The text below your card will change to “Card is active.”
You can pre-authorize travel usage for your First Service Visa® debit or credit card within First Service Digital Banking by following the steps below:
- Navigate to Travel Notifications under Manage First Service Cards in the menu.
- If you're using the mobile app, select More Features from the navigation menu, then scroll down to Manage Travel Notifications.
- Here you can view or edit any Travel Notifications that you've already scheduled, or you can select Create New to pre-authorize an upcoming trip.
- Follow the prompts on screen to pre-authorize your upcoming travel use.
- Log in to digital banking
- Click on “Profile” tab in the top navigation
- Under the “Profile” tab, select “Credentials."
- On this screen, you can set up and edit your “Basic Sign In Info” (such as username and password) as well as your security phrase, security picture, and security questions needed for multi-factor authentication.
- Log in to Digital Banking like you normally would.
- Select “Alerts” in the primary navigation bar.
- Under the Alerts tab in the primary navigation bar, select “Add Alert” in the submenu.
- Choose the Alert Type from the available options and press the “Next” button.
- Follow the prompts to set Alert Details and Contact Info. Finalize your alert by pressing the “Save” button.
