    Branch Manager
    Mady started in the financial services industry in 2016. She joined First Service in 2021 and was promoted to assistant branch manager within six months. She currently serves as the branch manager for the Woodlands and Spring Cypress branches. When Mady’s not assisting members with their needs at the Woodlands branch, she likes to ride four-wheelers with her two sons, go dancing with her fiancé, and she’s an admitted shopaholic.

    Assistant Branch Manager
    Joe came to First Service in 2021, and in his role as assistant branch manager, he ensures the day-to-day operations run smoothly and that the team reaches its monthly goals. He is most proud of creating a strong team through leadership and training. He said helping others become better makes him happy. In  his free time, Joe enjoys cooking, shopping, skateboarding, and yoga. He is married with one daughter named Leila.
