The Human Connection

Penny is designed to enhance your experience, not replace the personal service that makes First Service different. When you need to speak with someone, just tell Penny and she'll connect you to the right department based on your needs, whether that's our contact center, lending team, or mortgage specialists.

After hours, Penny will help with what she can or direct you to use digital banking if needed. You're always just one request away from talking to a real person.
