If you want to check your balance or transfer money, there are a few more steps. You'll need to register first. Think of it as your key to secure, 24/7 account access. It just takes a few minutes, and you'll only have to do it once.

Registering with Penny

Your Penny registration number is separate from your debit card PIN. Here's how to create it:

Call 713-676-7777 and stay on the line. When you're ready for a secure transaction, ask Penny to help you set up your PIN. She'll walk you through verifying your identity with your member number, name, Social Security number, and date of birth. You will then receive a one-time PIN via the contact information we have on record, then create your permanent Penny PIN. 

What Penny Can Do

Once your registration is active, Penny becomes your round-the-clock banking partner. Check account balances instantly, transfer money between accounts in seconds, get account details on demand, and even apply for a loan.

When You Need a Human

Technology is great, but sometimes you need to talk to a person. If you’re calling during business hours and don’t want to talk to Penny, simply tell her that you'd like to speak with a representative, and she'll connect you to the relevant department. After hours, Penny will handle what she can or take a message for our team to follow up.
