Absolutely! At First Service, your account security is our top priority. Your video call takes place over our secure network, and we do not save any audio or video recordings. You'll still be communicating directly with members of the familiar First Service team, only this time, you'll be doing it in an all new way!
Video Banking allows you to take care of the following over a video conference with a member of the First Service team:
Loans & Credit Cards
- Apply for an auto loan
- Apply for a personal loan
- Apply for a credit card
- Speak with loan advisors about all consumer loan types

Our team is available via Video Banking from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Monday through Friday, and from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Saturdays.
No! You can access Video Banking directly from FSCU.com, or you can log in to First Service Digital Banking to use it there.
To ensure the protection of your account, our team will ask to confirm your identity before assisting you via Video Banking. If you are looking to apply for a loan or open a new membership, you should be ready to provide a Government-Issued ID and your Social Security number. You may also be asked to sign electronic documents.
