Serving at the branch manager of the Northwest location is Sonja Banks. Sonja has been in the financial industry for over 21 years and has been helping the members of First Service Credit Union for the past two years. She has been recognized within First Service multiple times for her outstanding work ethic and eagerness to help the membership. Outside of work, Sonja enjoys traveling and giving back to her family's foundation (The Raj Hope), which aids in providing education, social support, and fitness services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Arieal Andrado, NMLS #2067121, has worked in the credit union industry for over eight years, so she brings a wealth of lending experience to the First Service Mortgage Department. She constantly seeks opportunities to learn and develop new skills, which makes her a thorough and formidable originator. Arieal is deeply committed to helping borrowers with their financial goals, which makes her a reliable partner throughout the home lending process.

Mike has been helping families pursue their financial goals for over 30 years. He is a designated Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC). Nationally recognized, his focus remains on unwavering ethics, superior service, and exceptional professional knowledge for all seeking investment and insurance advice. Before becoming a Financial Advisor, Mike is proud to have served 21 years as a Naval Intelligence Officer. He received his undergraduate from Colorado State University and his M.A. from the University of Oklahoma. Mike is registered to sell securities, such as mutual funds, stocks, bonds, ETFs, UITs; and Life, Disability and Long Term Care Insurance products.
