First Service is conducting the “Drive to a Touchdown Giveaway” (the “Giveaway”). First Service reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any entrant. Entrants determined to be ineligible will forfeit any prize.

Eligibility: The Drive to a Touchdown Giveaway is open to legal residents of the State of Texas who are at least eighteen (18) years of age as of the date of entry. Employees of Sponsor, its subsidiaries, their directors and volunteers, and members of their respective immediate families (spouses, parents, children and siblings), regardless of where they reside, and household members of such employees are not eligible to enter. By participating in the Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. An entrant is not required to be approved for a loan, accept any loan terms, close or fund a loan, become a member of First Service, open an account, or purchase any product or service to enter or win. Entrants should not submit a loan application solely for purposes of entering the Giveaway and may instead use the free Alternate Method of Entry described below. Participation in the Giveaway will not affect any credit decision, loan terms, underwriting criteria, or approval process for any product or service offered by First Service. Void where prohibited by law.

Entry Period: The Drive to a Touchdown Giveaway begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) on October 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CT on October 31, 2026.

How to Enter: NO PURCHASE OR ACCOUNT OPENING IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR ACCOUNT OPENING WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Applying for a loan or any other product or service will not improve an entrant’s chances of winning. The Alternate Method of Entry (“AMOE”) described below is equally available and will be treated in the same manner as all other entries.

There are only two (2) methods of entering the Giveaway: (i) by submitting an eligible auto loan application with First Service during the Entry Period, or (ii) by using the AMOE described below. No other method of entry is permitted.

Eligible individuals may receive one (1) entry into the Giveaway by submitting an application for a new or used vehicle loan or an auto loan refinance with First Service, either online or at a First Service branch, during the Entry Period. Only complete and bona fide auto loan applications received during the Entry Period are eligible. An application is considered complete when the applicant provides the information ordinarily required by First Service to evaluate the application. Loan approval, acceptance, closing, funding, membership, account opening, and the purchase of any product or service are not required. Limit one (1) entry per person during the Entry Period, regardless of the number of eligible loan applications submitted.

Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter without applying for an auto loan, eligible individuals may complete the official online entry form available at https://www.fscu.com/touchdown-enter. Entrants must provide all required information, including full name, phone number, email address, and ZIP code. Limit one (1) entry per person via this method. An online entry is considered received only when it has been successfully recorded by Sponsor’s entry system. Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, interrupted, delayed, misdirected, corrupted, or unsuccessful submissions resulting from technical failures or other circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control.

All entries, regardless of method, will have an equal chance of winning within the Giveaway. Limit one (1) entry per person during the Entry Period, regardless of method of entry. Duplicate entries will be void. Entries received through the Alternate Method of Entry and entries received through eligible auto loan applications will be combined into the same drawing pool and will receive equal weight.

Entries submitted through automated entry devices, bots, scripts, macros, or other methods designed to circumvent the entry process or entry limits are void and may result in disqualification, as determined by Sponsor in its reasonable discretion.

Drawing: One (1) winner will be randomly selected from the eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The winner does not need to be present to win. Winner will be notified by phone and/or email using the contact information provided. The drawing will be conducted on November 4, 2026, by 5:00 p.m. CT. Sponsor is not responsible for failed attempts to notify any winner due to inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated contact information provided by the entrant.

Prize: One (1) winner will receive two (2) tickets to the Indianapolis Colts versus Houston Texans football game currently scheduled for Thursday, November 19, 2026, in Houston, Texas. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize is four hundred forty-seven dollars ($447.00). Seat location will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Tickets are subject to all terms, conditions, restrictions, and policies imposed by the ticket issuer, venue, teams, and applicable sports league. Transportation, parking, lodging, meals, merchandise, and all other expenses not expressly included in the prize description are the sole responsibility of the winner.

The date, time, venue, and participating teams are subject to change. Sponsor is not responsible for any cancellation, postponement, rescheduling, venue change, team substitution, or other modification of the game. If the game is cancelled and the ticket issuer does not provide replacement tickets, a refund, or other value, Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, to the extent reasonably available.

The prize is nontransferable and may not be redeemed for cash, except in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Lost, stolen, damaged, or inaccessible tickets will not be replaced except as provided by the ticket issuer or in Sponsor’s sole discretion. The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance and use of the prize. This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the National Football League, the Houston Texans, the Indianapolis Colts, the ticket issuer, Facebook, Instagram, or Meta.

Publicity: By accepting the prize, the winner grants permission for First Service and/or its designees to use his/her name, photographs, voice and/or other likeness and prize information for publicity and promotional purposes without further compensation, notice, review, or consent, unless prohibited by law and subject to any required consent under applicable law, in any and all forms of media, worldwide in perpetuity.

General Conditions: First Service reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Giveaway, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failure, natural disaster, human error or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control, including but not limited to cyberattacks, system outages, technical malfunctions, or changes in applicable laws or regulations, impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to award the prize at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules. Sponsor also reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and to void any entry that Sponsor determines was submitted through fraudulent means or otherwise in violation of these Official Rules. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and/or civil law, and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person as allowed by applicable law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. If the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control, Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Sponsor is not obligated to award more than the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules.

Severability: If any provision of these Official Rules is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

No Inducement: Entry into the Giveaway is not conditioned on becoming a member, opening or maintaining an account, being approved for credit, accepting or closing a loan, or purchasing any product or service from First Service. Participation in the Giveaway will not influence any credit, underwriting, pricing, servicing, membership, account, or other financial decision made by First Service.

Prize Claim: Within five (5) calendar days after responding to Sponsor’s initial winner notification, the potential winner must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, Publicity Release where permitted by law, and any other documents reasonably requested by Sponsor. The potential winner may also be required to provide information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility and deliver the prize. If the potential winner fails to timely return the required documents, fails to claim the prize, is determined to be ineligible, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, Sponsor may declare the prize forfeited and select an alternate potential winner. The prize will be awarded only after Sponsor verifies eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. Electronic tickets will be delivered using the method and on the date determined by Sponsor. The winner must maintain a valid email address and any ticket-provider account reasonably necessary to receive and use the tickets.

No cash redemption or prize substitution is permitted by the winner. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Sponsor is not responsible for delays in prize delivery resulting from circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control.

Compliance with the Law: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of you and First Service in connection with the Giveaway, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any choice of law provisions. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

Disputes: BY PARTICIPATING IN THE GIVEAWAY, YOU AGREE TO WAIVE THE RIGHT TO TRIAL BY JURY OF ANY ACTION, SUIT, PROCEEDING, DISPUTE, CLAIM, OR CONTROVERSY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE GIVEAWAY. In the event of a dispute arising out of this Giveaway, you and First Service will attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute through mediation before a mutually agreed-upon mediator. If the parties cannot agree upon a mediator, a mediator will be appointed through the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”). If the dispute is not resolved through mediation, it shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration. ARBITRATION MUST BE ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT ON A CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE BASIS. The arbitration shall be conducted in Houston, Texas, by one neutral arbitrator administered by AAA in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect, except as modified by these Official Rules. Except where prohibited by law, any claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Giveaway.

Release of Claims: BY PARTICIPATING IN THE GIVEAWAY, YOU RELEASE FIRST SERVICE, ITS EMPLOYEES, BOARD MEMBERS, AGENTS, OR REPRESENTATIVES (COLLECTIVELY “FIRST SERVICE PARTIES”) FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR INJURIES, LOSSES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION ATTORNEY’S FEES) CAUSED BY PARTICIPATING IN THE GIVEAWAY, AND/OR USE OF THE PRIZE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, PERSONAL INJURY AND/OR DEATH, AND EACH ENTRANT AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD FIRST SERVICE AND FIRST SERVICE PARTIES HARMLESS FROM ANY AND ALL LOSSES, DAMAGES, RIGHTS, CLAIMS AND ACTIONS OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM, IN CONNECTION WITH, OR AS A RESULT OF PARTICIPATING IN THE GIVEAWAY AND/OR USE OF THE PRIZE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, PERSONAL INJURY AND/OR DEATH. IN NO EVENT SHALL FIRST SERVICE AND/OR THE FIRST SERVICE PARTIES BE LIABLE TO ANY ENTRANT OR PARTY FOR ANY LOSS OR INJURIES TO EARNINGS, PROFIT, OR GOODWILL, OR FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY PERSON OR ENTITY WHETHER ARISING IN CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
