Branch Closures

The following branches will be permanently closed on April 4, 2025:

• Rosslyn Branch at 12755 N Houston Rosslyn Rd, Houston, TX 77086
• Bastrop Branch at 413 Bastrop St, Houston, TX 77003

The decision to close these branches was very difficult, because they have been such a longstanding part of these communities. However, in recent years, traffic to these branches was significantly reduced, which resulted in a scenario in which they are no longer able to support their operating costs.

Rest assured that your credit union is thriving and remains financially sound with a solid net worth. We’ll continue to be involved in the community and committed to your financial success. We constantly endeavor to use our members’ resources wisely, make sound decisions, and run our operations as efficiently as possible. By doing so, we can continue to offer you new products, enhance our services, and keep up with technological advances.

As a reminder, we have 13 other branch locations in the Houston area. You can visit another one of our branches closest to these locations:

• Our Northwest branch, near the Rosslyn branch, is located at 9621 W Sam Houston Pkwy N #110, Houston, TX 77064.
• Our Tunnels branch, near the Bastrop branch, is located at 910 Louisiana St, Suite M100, Houston, TX 77002.
