Built in 2018, the University branch is one of First Service’s newest branches. It is also the only branch housed in a strip center. Located just off the north side of the Highway 59 University Blvd. exit, the branch shares a parking lot with the popular University Commons retail and dining center. The branch is just minutes away from the Museum of Natural Science and the University of Houston Sugar Land and is conveniently close to the Telfair subdivision. It also boasts 24/7 ATM access on the front of the building, but if there’s something more we can do, the team is waiting inside to help you with any of your financial needs.
