Located at 910 Louisiana St. in suite M100, directly below One Shell Plaza, is our Tunnels System branch. This branch features a newly remodeled look and feel created to give a more personal and empowering financial experience for every member who comes in. There are many ways to get to the branch, but for easiest access, we recommend starting at the corner of Louisiana and Lamar. If you need to park, there are meters adjacent to the building. There are two First Service ATM machines located in the Tunnels, which are available any time the Tunnel System is accessible. The Tunnels branch works closely with many of our Select Employer Groups located downtown, which means they help frequently with foreign national loans and payroll, and they participate in educational seminars in the heart of the city. The diverse staff in this branch is also prepared to serve members in English, Spanish, and Vietnamese.

Karina Rivera
Branch ManagerKarina Rivera is the current branch manager at our Tunnels location. With over seven years of experience in the financial industry, she brings vast expertise and leadership experience. As a branch manager, she is excited to guide members to their financial goals with her team by her side. When not at work, Karina enjoys spending time with her daughter and traveling to the Dominican Republic. Sonia Salinas
Assistant Branch ManagerSonia has 20 years of experience working at credit unions, and she’s been with First Service since 2008. In her current role as the assistant branch manager at the Tunnels System branch, she manages the cash operations and oversees the tellers. During her time at First Service, Sonia is most proud to have spearheaded training at multiple branches during two different mergers. She’s earned a Disney Training Award and Compass Training Award. When Sonia’s not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors riding her four-wheeler.
