Sandra began her career in financial services in 2007 as a personal banker and was quickly promoted into management roles. Of all the responsibilities that come with being a branch manager, she especially enjoys helping members navigate unique financial situations, helping children learn financial responsibility, and signing them up for youth accounts. Outside of work, Sandra enjoys spending time outdoors with her two sons and occasionally letting them win at video games.

Juan Renteria, NMLS #670982, has worked in lending since 2003, so he brings a wealth of experience to the First Service Mortgage Department. As a Mortgage Loan Originator, Juan educates members about mortgage, refinance, and home equity loans. He has been a top producer everywhere he’s worked, and is always willing to help members and his teammates. Juan is originally from California and is able to help members in both English and Spanish. He loves spending time with his son and two rescue dogs named Tobi and Max.

Rafael has worked in the financial services industry since moving to Houston in 2007. His career extends over 30 years and has included management positions in areas such as wholesale, non-profits and government. As a Financial Advisor, he focuses on each client’s unique goals and circumstances, and provides the resources needed to make informed decisions. Rafael earned his bachelor’s degree from the Monterrey Institute of Technology, holds his series 6, 7, 63, and 65 registrations, and is fluent in Spanish.
