Luis started with First Service in 2017 and has a decade of experience working at credit unions. He also has a degree in Business Management. Luis enjoys playing keyboard, participating in church activities, and attending community events with his family, including his wife and kids.

Cesar Gonzalez, NMLS #2735198, enjoys helping members take the next step toward homeownership. Cesar joined First Service in 2026 as a teller before moving into the Mortgage Department, where he found his passion for helping members reach one of life's biggest milestones. He's fluent in both English and Spanish and draws on his legal background to guide members through the lending process with attention to detail and care. When he's not helping members, Cesar enjoys training for triathlons, traveling, and staying active. He's also a proud dog dad to Lee, his senior Basset Hound, who keeps life entertaining with his big ears and even bigger personality.

Rafael has worked in the financial services industry since moving to Houston in 2007. His career extends over 30 years and has included management positions in areas such as wholesale, non-profits and government. As a Financial Advisor, he focuses on each client’s unique goals and circumstances, and provides the resources needed to make informed decisions. Rafael earned his bachelor’s degree from the Monterrey Institute of Technology, holds his series 6, 7, 63, and 65 registrations, and is fluent in Spanish.
