Our Eldridge branch is one of our larger branches, equipped with a spacious lobby to accommodate our members. It’s located on Houston’s west side, right across the street from Ray Miller Park, a 15-acre public park that has a gazebo, fountain, butterfly garden, and walking trails. This branch also has an ATM for convenient member access. This branch has employees available to speak to members in both English and Spanish.

Assistant Branch ManagerHoney Balbino has been with First Service Credit Union since July 2022 and is currently serving as the Assistant Branch Manager at the Eldridge Branch. Over the past two years, Honey has demonstrated adaptability and growth across multiple roles, including Contact Center Representative, Teller, and Vault Teller. Her dedication to improving in each position is her proudest achievement. Outside of work, Honey enjoys karaoke, spending time with her family, and picnicking at the beach.
