Joe came to First Service in 2021, and in his role as branch manager, he ensures the day-to-day operations run smoothly and that the team reaches its monthly goals. He is most proud of creating a strong team through leadership and training. He said helping others become better makes him happy. In his free time, Joe enjoys cooking, shopping, skateboarding, and yoga. He is married with one daughter named Leila.

Tinesha Robinson joined First Service in 2024 and brings seven years of experience in financial services. Before stepping into her current role, Tinesha worked as a Contact Center Representative and as a Vault Teller at Park Ten, giving her a strong foundation across both member support and branch operations.

Recognized for her dedication to service and teamwork, Tinesha has earned First Service’s 212 Award.

She enjoys crocheting, crossword puzzles, coloring, home projects, and relaxing with movies and documentaries. Tinesha and her husband live in the Houston area and have two daughters.

Juan Renteria, NMLS #670982, has worked in lending since 2003, so he brings a wealth of experience to the First Service Mortgage Department. As a Mortgage Loan Originator, Juan educates members about mortgage, refinance, and home equity loans. He has been a top producer everywhere he’s worked, and is always willing to help members and his teammates. Juan is originally from California and is able to help members in both English and Spanish. He loves spending time with his son and two rescue dogs named Tobi and Max.

Wes Hale, NMLS #2622474, has been a Mortgage Loan Originator for over a year, bringing a unique background of 23 years in teaching and coaching throughout the Houston area. He is passionate about helping clients achieve their homeownership goals. Outside of work, Wes enjoys sports, golfing, and attending his son Caden's games, alongside his wife Sara and their French Bulldog, Griffin.

Rafael has worked in the financial services industry since moving to Houston in 2007. His career extends over 30 years and has included management positions in areas such as wholesale, non-profits and government. As a Financial Advisor, he focuses on each client’s unique goals and circumstances, and provides the resources needed to make informed decisions. Rafael earned his bachelor’s degree from the Monterrey Institute of Technology, holds his series 6, 7, 63, and 65 registrations, and is fluent in Spanish.
