Back to School Giveaway

The Back-to-School Giveaway ("Giveaway") begins on July 20, 2026, and ends on August 1, 2026, during normal First Service Credit Union ("First Service") branch business hours, while supplies last. NO PURCHASE, ACCOUNT OPENING, OR OBLIGATION NECESSARY TO RECEIVE A GIVEAWAY PACK. Void where prohibited.

Teacher Prize Pack (“Teacher Pack”): Available to eligible teachers and educators who present a valid and current school-issues teacher or educator identification. Each Teacher Pack may include classroom and office supplies such as highlighters, stickers, hand sanitizer, sticky notes, pens, a drawstring bag, sanitizing wipes, and dry-erase markers, with an Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of thirty dollars ($30.00) per Teacher Pack.

Student Prize Pack (“Student Pack”): Available to eligible students who are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian; the student must be present to receive a Student Pack. Each Student Pack may include school supplies and related items such as markers, glue sticks, colored pencils, erasers, a pencil pouch, a drawstring bag, pencils, and notebooks, with an Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of twenty dollars ($20.00) per Student Pack.

Teacher Packs and Student Packs may be referred to collectively as the “Giveaway Packs.” 

Limit one (1) Teacher Pack per eligible teacher or educator and one (1) Student Pack per eligible student. No more than three hundred (300) Teacher Packs and no more than three hundred (300) Student Packs will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability. Completion of any form or consent to receive marketing communications is voluntary and is not required to receive a Giveaway Pack.

Open only to legal residents of the State of Texas. First Service Credit Union reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any participant and to deny distribution of a Giveaway Pack if eligibility requirements are not satisfied. First Service reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Giveaway, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason without prior notice.

Giveaway Packs and their contents are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be redeemed for cash or substituted, except at the sole discretion of First Service. First Service Credit Union makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding any Giveaway Pack or its contents and disclaims all liability arising from or related to the acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or condition of any Giveaway Pack or its contents. Once a Giveaway Pack has been distributed, First Service Credit Union shall have no responsibility for any lost, stolen, damaged, misplaced, or unauthorized use of the Giveaway Pack or any item contained therein.

Publicity: By accepting the prize, the winner grants permission for First Service and/or its designees to use his/her name, photographs, voice and/or other likeness and prize information for publicity and promotional purposes related to the Giveaway or First Service marketing, without further compensation, notice, review, or consent, in any and all forms of media, unless prohibited by law, worldwide in perpetuity.
