Sponsor: First Service Credit Union (“Sponsor” or “FSCU”), 16430 Park Ten Place, Houston, Texas 77084. 

FSCU is conducting the "2026 FSCU Car Show Giveaway" (the "Giveaway"). FSCU reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any entrant. Entrants determined to be ineligible will forfeit any prize.

Eligibility: The 2026 FSCU Car Show Giveaway is open to legal residents of the State of Texas who are at least eighteen (18) years of age as of the date of entry. By participating in the Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Participation in the Giveaway will not affect any credit decision, loan terms, underwriting criteria, or approval process for any product or service offered by FSCU. Void where prohibited by law.

Entry Period: The 2026 FSCU Car Show Giveaway begins at 8:00 a.m. CDT on October 12, 2026, and ends at 11:00 a.m. CDT on October 12, 2026.

How to Enter: NO PURCHASE OR ACCOUNT OPENING IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR ACCOUNT OPENING WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. 

For purposes of these Official Rules, "Entrant" means an eligible individual participating in the Giveaway. "Registered Vehicle" means an eligible vehicle entered into the 2026 FSCU Car Show by an Entrant and accepted by Sponsor in accordance with these Official Rules.

There are three (3) methods of participation during the Entry Period.

1. Car Show Competition: An Entrant may register more than one (1) Registered Vehicle into the 2026 FSCU Car Show. Each Registered Vehicle is eligible to compete for all Car Show awards but may receive only one (1) Car Show award. Acceptance of any Registered Vehicle is subject to Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor may refuse or remove any vehicle that it determines, in its sole discretion, is unsafe, offensive, illegal, improperly registered, or otherwise inconsistent with the purpose of the event. To register, participants must complete the vehicle registration form, including Entrant’s name, email address, phone number, and a photograph of the vehicle, at https://www.fscu.com/2026-car-show

a. People’s Choice Award: Attendees of the 2026 FSCU Car Show may vote for their favorite Registered Vehicle by scanning the official "Place Your Vote QR Code" displayed throughout the event and submitting their vote through Sponsor's designated voting platform during the voting period established by Sponsor. Each eligible individual attending the Car Show may cast one (1) vote for one (1) Registered Vehicle. Only one (1) vote may be submitted from each unique cellular telephone number. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, interrupted, unavailable, delayed, or failed electronic vote submissions, including any inability to access or use the Place Your Vote QR Code or Sponsor's designated voting platform, resulting from technical, network, wireless, mobile device, internet, software, hardware, or other communication failures or malfunctions beyond Sponsor's reasonable control. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the validity of any vote and to invalidate or disqualify any duplicate vote, votes submitted using the same cellular telephone number, votes submitted or attempted to be submitted through automated means, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence ("AI") tools, or other unauthorized methods, or any vote or voter that Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, violates these Official Rules or attempts to manipulate or interfere with the voting process. The Registered Vehicle receiving the highest number of valid votes will be declared the People’s Choice Award winner and will receive one (1) five hundred dollar ($500.00) VISA® gift card.

b. CEO’s Choice Award: FSCU’s Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) will select the CEO's Choice Award winner in his sole discretion. The selected Registered Vehicle will be declared the CEO’s Choice Award winner and will receive one (1) two hundred fifty dollar ($250.00) VISA® gift card.  

c. Best in Show: A panel of Sponsor-selected judges will evaluate Registered Vehicles using an official judging scorecard based on the following criteria:  A panel of Sponsor-selected judges will evaluate Registered Vehicles using an official judging scorecard based on the following criteria:

1. Exterior
2. Interior
3. Quality of Build
4. Overall Impression

In the event of a tie, Sponsor-selected judges shall determine the winner using the official judging criteria, and the judges' decision shall be final and binding.

The Registered Vehicle receiving the highest overall score will be declared the Best in Show award winner and will receive one (1) two hundred fifty dollar ($250.00) VISA® gift card.

Each registered vehicle is eligible to compete for all Car Show awards but may receive only one (1) Car Show award. Sponsor's decisions regarding judging, electronic voting, eligibility, and award selection are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who attempts to circumvent these Official Rules or otherwise interfere with the proper operation of the Giveaway. Participation in the Car Show Competition does not affect an entrant’s eligibility to participate in the Prize Pack Drawings or the Pit Stop Challenge, provided all eligibility requirements are satisfied. 

Car Show Participation. By entering a Registered Vehicle in the 2026 FSCU Car Show, the Entrant acknowledges that participation is voluntary and assumes all risks associated with transporting, displaying, operating, or exhibiting the Registered Vehicle. Sponsor is not responsible for theft, vandalism, weather-related damage, mechanical failure, collision, or damage to any Registered Vehicle or personal property, except to the extent caused by Sponsor's gross negligence or willful misconduct. Each Entrant is responsible for complying with all applicable laws and for maintaining any insurance required by law for the Registered Vehicle.

2. Prize Pack Drawings: All attendees who check-in at the 2026 FSCU Car Show will receive one (1) raffle ticket for entry into the Prize Pack Drawings. Beginning during the Entry Period, Sponsor will conduct random drawings approximately every thirty (30) minutes throughout the event. Winners will be selected to receive one (1) raffle Prize Pack that includes vendor and FSCU promotional items (“Prize Packs”). There is a maximum of four (4) Prize Pack winners. Winners must be present to win. If a selected winner is not present at the time of the drawing, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner. Winning a Prize Pack does not affect an entrant’s eligibility to participate in the Pit Stop Challenge. 

3. Pit Stop Challenge: Upon checking in at the 2026 FSCU Car Show, attendees will receive one (1) Pit Stop Challenge card. Participants must visit each Sponsor-designated participating vendor booth ("Pit Stops") during the event. The designated Pit Stops will be identified by Sponsor at the event and may include fewer than all vendor booths. At each Pit Stop, participants will receive one (1) official sticker for their card. To complete the Pit Stop Challenge, participants must collect all required stickers and return their completed card to the designated check-in table before the conclusion of the Entry Period. One (1) eligible participant who successfully completes the Pit Stop Challenge will be selected in a random drawing to receive one (1) one hundred fifty dollar ($150.00) VISA® gift card. Participation in the Pit Stop Challenge is independent of the Car Show Competition and Prize Pack Drawings. Participants who enter a vehicle in the Car Show and/or win a Prize Pack remain eligible to win the Pit Stop Challenge, provided all eligibility requirements are satisfied.

Entries, registrations, votes, or other participation generated through automated means, including bots, scripts, artificial intelligence ("AI") tools, or other unauthorized methods, or that otherwise circumvent these Official Rules, are void and may result in disqualification, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Prizes:

1. People’s Choice Award: Five hundred dollar ($500.00) VISA® gift card. 
2. CEO’s Choice Award: Two hundred fifty dollar ($250.00) VISA® gift card. 
3. Best in Show Award: Two hundred fifty dollar ($250.00) VISA® gift card.
4. Prize Packs: Each Prize Pack consists of FSCU promotional merchandise and vendor promotional items with an approximate retail value ("ARV") of up to one hundred dollars ($100.00). 
5. Pit Stop Challenge: One hundred fifty dollar ($150.00) VISA® gift card.

Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of all prizes is one thousand, five hundred fifty dollars ($1,550.00). The VISA® Gift Card is issued by a third-party financial institution and is subject to the issuer's terms and conditions. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards. Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance and use of the prize. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with VISA®, Facebook, Instagram, or Meta.

Publicity: By accepting the prize, the winner grants permission for FSCU and/or its designees to use his/her name, photographs, voice and/or other likeness and prize information for publicity and promotional purposes without further compensation, notice, review, or consent, unless prohibited by law and subject to any required consent under applicable law, in any and all forms of media, worldwide in perpetuity.

General Conditions: FSCU reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Giveaway, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, natural disaster, human error or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control, including but not limited to cyberattacks, system outages, technical malfunctions, or changes in applicable laws or regulations, impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to award the prize at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process, electronic voting process, or the operation of the Giveaway or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules. Sponsor also reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and to void any entry that Sponsor determines was submitted through fraudulent means or otherwise in violation of these Official Rules. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and/or civil law, and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person as allowed by applicable law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Sponsor reserves the right to interpret and apply these Official Rules and to resolve any questions, inconsistencies, ambiguities, or unforeseen circumstances arising in connection with the Giveaway in its sole discretion. Sponsor's decisions regarding the administration, operation, interpretation, and enforcement of these Official Rules shall be final and binding in all respects, except where prohibited by law.

No Inducement: Entry into the Giveaway is not conditioned on becoming a member, opening an account, or maintaining any account relationship with First Service Credit Union and will not influence any financial decision-making or eligibility determination by FSCU. 

Prize Claim: To claim the prize, the winner must be present at the 2026 FSCU Car Show at the time their name or raffle ticket is announced. Sponsor will verify the winner's eligibility before awarding the prize. To receive a prize, winners must complete and sign any documents reasonably requested by Sponsor, including, as applicable, an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Publicity Release (where permitted by law), an IRS Form W-9 (if required), and any other documents necessary to verify eligibility or facilitate prize delivery. Failure to timely complete or return the required documents may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner, in Sponsor's sole discretion.

If a winner is not present when announced, cannot be located within a reasonable period of time as determined by Sponsor, is determined to be ineligible, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, declare the prize forfeited and select an alternate winner. The prize will be awarded only upon verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. No cash or other substitute prize will be provided, except as expressly provided in these Official Rules. Sponsor is not responsible for delays in prize delivery or pickup resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Compliance with the Law: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of you and FSCU in connection with the Giveaway, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any choice of law provisions. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. 

Disputes: BY PARTICIPATING IN THE GIVEAWAY, YOU AGREE TO WAIVE THE RIGHT TO TRIAL BY JURY OF ANY ACTION, SUIT, PROCEEDING, DISPUTE, CLAIM OR CONTROVERSY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE GIVEAWAY.  In the event of a dispute arising out of this Giveaway, you and FSCU will attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute by mediation before a mutually agreed upon mediator, or, failing mutual agreement as to a mediator and/or alternatively, appointed by and through the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”), and to share equally in the cost of mediation. If the dispute is not resolved through mediation, it shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration.  ARBITRATION MUST BE ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. The arbitration shall be conducted in Houston, Texas, by one neutral arbitrator administered by AAA in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect, except as modified by these Official Rules.  Except where prohibited by law, by participating, you agree that any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Giveaway.

Release of Claims: BY PARTICIPATING IN THE GIVEAWAY, ON BEHALF OF YOURSELF AND MEMBERS OF YOUR HOUSEHOLD, RELATIVES, HEIRS, ASSIGNS, EXECUTORS AND ADMINISTRATORS AND PERSONS WHO USE THE PRIZE AWARDED BY FSCU, YOU RELEASE FSCU, ITS EMPLOYEES, BOARD MEMBERS, AGENTS, OR REPRESENTATIVES (COLLECTIVELY “FSCU PARTIES”) FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR INJURIES, LOSSES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION ATTORNEY’S FEES) CAUSED BY PARTICIPATING IN THE GIVEAWAY, AND/OR USE OF THE PRIZE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, PERSONAL INJURY AND/OR DEATH, AND EACH ENTRANT AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD FSCU AND FSCU PARTIES, JOINTLY AND SEVERALLY, HARMLESS FROM ANY AND ALL LOSSES, DAMAGES, RIGHTS, CLAIMS AND ACTIONS OF ANY KINDS ARISING FROM, IN CONNECTION WITH, OR AS A RESULT OF PARTICIPATING IN THE GIVEAWAY AND/OR USE OF THE PRIZE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, PERSONAL INJURY AND/OR DEATH. IN NO EVENT SHALL FSCU AND/OR THE FSCU PARTIES BE LIABLE TO ANY ENTRANT OR PARTY FOR ANY LOSS OR INJURIES TO EARNINGS, PROFIT, OR GOODWILL, OR FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY PERSON OR ENTITY WHETHER ARISING IN CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
