To help reduce the burden and hardships caused by this unprecedented winter weather and its lingering impacts, we are enacting temporary measures to support our members and the community. For the time being, we are offering a new Relief Loan to help members with expenses that may arise during this time. We also provide a number of additional loan options to help meet your needs.

We have created a new loan type developed specifically to help those affected by the recent severe weather event. The loan is available for up to $3,000 at a low, fixed rate over a fair term. Members in good standing can apply online by selecting the Emergency Loan icon in the application link or by calling (713) 676-7777, and selecting option 3 when prompted.98

A low-rate personal loan allows you to borrow up to $30,000. Our loans offer fixed rates and flexible terms to ensure your monthly payment will be manageable. Whether you need to replace furniture, pay for costly repairs, or tackle DIY projects around your home, our personal loans are a great way to get access to the funds to pay for them.21

A revolving line of credit gives you the financial flexibility to tackle ongoing repair and restoration projects. Get approved for up to $30,000, but use only what you need. This is the perfect way to stretch out your funds for the life of a project - especially if you don't know exactly how much you may need.



With a home equity loan, you can get cash to use however you need. Using the equity from your home, you can receive a low, fixed rate and terms up to 20 years. This allows you to borrow up to $150,000 while keeping your monthly payment within your budget.87
