You can receive up to $800 in coverage for cell phone repairs or replacements, covering up to four phones. A deductible of $50 applies. You are allowed up to two claims per eligible account every twelve months, provided the cell phone bill is paid through a First Service Credit Union checking, savings, or credit card account.
IDProtect® is an identity theft monitoring and resolution service that protects you, your joint account holders, and eligible family members from any identity fraud event anywhere in the world. It includes the following benefits:
  • Identity Theft Expense Reimbursement: Receive up to $1,000,000 to help cover expenses associated with restoring your identity, such as attorney fees, loan application fees, long-distance calls, medical records costs, travel and accommodations, lost wages for time taken off work, and more.
  • Dedicated Fraud Specialist: Communicate with a dedicated fraud specialist assigned to manage your case and help you every step of the way until your identity is restored.
  • Identity Monitoring: Benefit from monitoring of more than 1,000 databases and public records to identify suspicious activity. A risk rating is generated with each monthly scan, and if your scan reflects a high-risk score, you will be notified.
  • Daily Credit File Monitoring: Receive daily credit file monitoring and automated alerts of key changes to your Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion credit reports.
  • Daily Credit Report and Score: Gain access to credit reports and credit scores. Credit Score is a VantageScore 3.0 based on single credit bureau data. Third parties may use a different type of credit score to assess your creditworthiness.
  • Credit Score Tracker: Access to IDProtect® Score Tracker to see changes in your credit score over time.
  • Dark Web Monitoring: Monitoring of personal information on the dark web.
  • Debit and Credit Card Registration: Register your credit, debit, and ATM cards and enjoy peace of mind knowing you can call one toll-free number to cancel and/or request replacement cards if your cards become lost or stolen.
  • Online Resources: Get advice on how to protect yourself from identity theft and access valuable educational resources and news related to identify fraud and credit.

After opting in to the Power Up benefits you will have access in Digital Banking. Simply follow the step-by-step instructions to register and activate your benefits. Call 1-866-210-0361 for questions related to any of the benefits, or for assistance with registration and activation.
You will access $hopping Rewards in the Power Up portal. This includes exclusive offers and discounts at thousands of online retailers and receive cash back when shopping online. You can choose to keep your cash back in our $hopping Rewards account for use toward future purchases or have your cash back sent to you as a check.
For all items purchased entirely with your First Service Credit Union debit card, you will receive the following coverage:

You may earn Daily Cash Back Account rewards of 0.15% on qualifying purchases using your Daily Cash Back Account debit card. The cash reward earned is calculated and posted to the account of your choice daily. Qualifying debit card purchases include point-of-sale purchases and online purchases made with any debit card linked to your account. Debit card transactions that are not eligible for Daily Cash Back Account rewards include: transactions conducted at an ATM, peer-to-peer (P2P) payments, any cash portion of a point-of-sale purchase, loan payments or account funding made with a debit card. Courtesy Pay funds are not eligible to earn rewards. There is no maximum cash back reward amount. Refunds processed will result in a reduction of the daily cash back amount equal to the daily cash back earned for that specific transaction. If the account is closed for any reason, any cash back earned on the day of account closure will be forfeited. Program may be subject to change.

The metal debit card will automatically be mailed to the address on file after having paid for 12 months of Power Up. If paying monthly, it will be sent after the 12th month. If paying annually, it will be sent within the first month.
