Annual Meeting FAQs
To participate in the Board of Directors election, please attend the annual meeting.There will be no nominations from the floor, and the election will not be conducted by ballot when there is only one nominee for each position to be filled. The nominated candidate(s) will be elected by acclamation at the Annual Meeting.
In 2024, Dominique Varner, Paul SoRelle, and Tom Bullard are up for Board Director re-election.
Nominations for vacancies may also be made by petition signed by three percent (3%) of the members of First Service Credit Union or one thousand (1,000) members of First Service Credit Union, whichever is fewer. Petitions shall contain such information as to allow First Service Credit Union to reasonably authenticate the identity and membership status of requesters. Signed petitions, along with the nominee’s qualifications and biographical information, must be received by the Secretary of First Service Credit Union at P.O. Box 941914, Houston, TX 77094, no later than 5:00 PM CST on Friday, February 16, 2024.
