Secure Checking Members: Introducing Free Daily Cash Back Checking

Summary

Effective July 31, 2024, your current Secure Checking account will be automatically converted to our new Daily Cash Back Checking account. This account allows you to earn cash back on debit card transactions, providing a new way to save every day.

Transition to the Power Up Program

As your Secure Checking account is converting to the new Daily Cash Back Checking account, the benefits you are accustomed to are being significantly enhanced and will now be offered as part of our new Power Up program. This comprehensive program will be available for a monthly fee of $9. However, as a valued existing Secure Checking account holder, you will be able to enjoy the new Power Up program, with these enhanced benefits, for just $5 per month for the first year1, mirroring your current monthly fee for Secure Checking.

What This Means for You

You will continue to use your existing account and debit card number, and all scheduled transactions will proceed without interruption. This seamless transition is designed to ensure that you enjoy enhanced benefits without any hassle.

If you would like to convert your Secure Checking to the new Daily Cash Back Checking before July 31, 2024, you will have the option to switch within First Service Digital Banking as early as July 1, 2024.

Should you decide not to participate in the Power Up program, your Daily Cash Back Checking will remain a free checking account with no monthly maintenance fee that pays out cash back on debit card purchases every day. If you prefer to have only the Daily Cash Back Checking account with no monthly fee, please contact us by visiting a branch or calling 800-678-5197 before July 26, 2024. After this, you can still easily opt in and out of the Power Up program through First Service Digital Banking or by contacting the credit union.
