Access to Branch Services
We will continue to provide branch services by appointment to ensure your financial needs are met. Our team is happy to help if there is something you are looking to do with your account that cannot be completed online, by phone, or in the drive-thru.
To help us limit direct contact so we can safely re-open all branches and their lobbies as soon as possible, our team members are wearing protective face masks and we ask that you do the same. You will also be asked to remove gloves before entering to avoid cross-contamination. If you are not feeling well or may be at risk of exposure to the Coronavirus, we ask that you send us a secure message through Digital Banking or give us a call at 713-676-7777 instead of coming in to a branch.
