Over the past year, we have been evaluating our current digital banking platform and working on upgrading it to the newest version. Due to the new version's ease of use and digital capabilities for both personal accounts and business accounts, we saw this upgrade as necessary for enhancing the memberships digital experience.
First Service Digital Banking works best on the latest versions of Microsoft Edge, Apple Safari, and Google Chrome. Please make sure that you are using the newest browser version for a smooth transition.
Once launched, the new digital banking will replace the current one. You should not have to input any different information and no new app will need to be downloaded. Simply navigate to or use your mobile app to login. If you do not have automatic updates allowed, you will need to manually update your app to continue.
There may be outages at the time of launch. You may run into a delay in load times or speed. Please let us know if you are experiencing an issue with digital banking by reaching out to [email protected].
While we suggest taking note of your passwords and storing them in a secure location other than your browser. You will need to manually login once the new version is up and running, but if any other changes occur, we will notify the membership via email.
