Digital Banking FAQS
No, you do not need a new username or password for the new Digital Banking update. Your existing username and password combination will continue to work with both the web browser and mobile app version of Digital Banking.
If you have forgotten your username / password combination, or if they were saved in your web browser and are no longer recognized, you can retrieve or reset them using the options below:
- From FSCU.com, click the green "Log In" button at the top right of the screen to see the login panel slide in. Then select "Forgot username/password" and follow the prompts.
- On a mobile device, launch the First Service app and select "Forgot username/password" at the bottom of your screen and follow the prompts.

First Service Credit Union is upgrading the digital banking interface to the newest version available. With this, you will experience a restructured navigation and new color scheme. Your username, password, alerts, transfers, and all settings will NOT change.
To access the new Digital Banking on the website, you will notice a slightly different login procedure. Click the green "Log In" button at the top right of the screen to see the login panel slide in. Then enter your username and password.
For mobile banking users, make sure you have updated to the current First Service Credit Union app for iOS or Android. (The current version has a white icon as shown below.). Launch the app and enter your username and password, or use biometric authentication to log in.

You will need to update your First Service mobile banking app for iOS or Android. If you already have the app installed on your mobile device you will need to make sure you have the latest version with a white background icon. If you try to launch the old app you will see a message instructing you how to get the updated app.

First Service Digital Banking works best on the latest versions of Google Chrome, Apple Safari, and Microsoft Edge.
To get started with Digital Banking you will need to enroll from our website or the mobile banking app.
On a mobile device, launch the First Service app and select "Don't have an account? Enroll" at the bottom of your screen and follow the prompts.

To set up biometric authentication, Face ID, or Touch ID for the First Service Digital Banking app you first need to login with your username and password. Then select Menu at the bottom right of your screen. At the top left of the screen, select the Gear icon. There you can enable Biometric Authentication / Face ID / Touch ID.
