Staying Safe with a Digital Wallet
Making purchases or sending money is safer and more convenient than ever with digital wallets. Just add your First Service debit or credit card to your preferred digital wallet and check out quickly in stores, in apps, or while shopping online.
In addition to all the rewards, benefits, and securities your First Service card provides, your information and transactions will remain safe thanks to tokenization, the industry standard for secure payments. With tokenization, your card number isn’t stored on your phone or given to the merchant with your payment. Instead, digital payments randomly generate a unique virtual account number, or "token," to represent your account information — providing an additional layer of security.
