First-time users will need to download the First Service Mobile Banking app and log in.  Once logged in, the program will generate an email with a support code. The email will come from and it will provide your one-time PIN number.  You will need to log back into the mobile app with your username as well as enter your password and add the one-time PIN number to the end of your password.  For example, if your password is apple, and your one-time PIN is 5555, you would enter apple5555.  Once you have successfully logged in, log out and log back in using only your password.
