The health and safety of our members and employees is our top priority, and our team has gone to great lengths to ensure we are able to serve you safely. To help ensure your financial needs are met, we are providing in-branch services by appointment only in our Spring Cypress and Northwest branches. To minimize direct contact, we are also offering expanded drive-thru services at several community branches. All other branch lobbies are accessible without an appointment, but are also taking some precautionary measures to ensure everyone's safety. You can also manage your account online or by phone.

Our Commitment to Lobby Safety


Because COVID-19 cases have been rising drastically in our area, we are continuing to limit direct contact. The next time you visit the lobby of one of our branches, here is what you can expect:

  • Members and employees are required to wear a face covering inside the branch
  • Members and employees will have their temperature checked before entering a branch lobby
  • We are observing strict social distancing practices
  • We have added a safety & service concierge to each branch
  • Members must remove gloves to prevent cross-contamination
  • We have set up hand sanitizer stations in each lobby
  • Protective shields have been installed in all teller lines
  • Our team is regularly disinfecting all surfaces
