Press Release

People’s Trust Federal Credit Union merged into First Service Credit Union, effective May 1, creating the fifth largest credit union in the Greater Houston area. The merger was finalized after a favorable vote from People’s Trust members during their Annual Meeting on April 16. In our press release, it was announced that finalization of the merger creates a state-chartered, federally insured financial cooperative with more than $1.4 billion in assets and serves more than 98,000 members.
